Due to the unique nature of our premium hybrid inventory—which includes both brand new items and carefully selected pre-loved fashion—we want you to shop with absolute confidence. We have updated our policies to offer a flexible, hassle-free shopping experience for all our customers across the UAE.

Return Eligibility & 5-Day Window
We proudly accept returns for any reason—including change of mind or sizing/fitting issues—within 5 days of your delivery date. 

To qualify for a successful return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must remain unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Original store tags (if attached) must remain intact.
- The product must be in the exact same condition it was received.
- The item must be free of perfumes, smoke smells, stains, or any damage caused after delivery.

Delivery & Return Shipping Charges
- Original shipping and delivery charges are strictly non-refundable.
- Because we accept returns without requiring a specific reason, a standard delivery charge of 17 AED is non-refundable and will be collected to cover the courier service trip cost. 
- You will be fully refunded for the exact purchase amount of the item itself once the return is verified.

Avoid Return Charges: Pre-Shipping Inspection
We want your purchase to be 100% risk-free! To avoid paying the 17 AED shipping charge on a return, please don't hesitate to inspect your items before they leave our facility. You can request close-up photos or live video clips for clarification on sizing, measurements, or condition. Simply message our team on WhatsApp at +971 5088 13571 before we process your order.

Branded & Pre-Loved Items
Certain premium pre-loved items are sold based on visual inspection. Minor signs of wear or vintage aging expected in pre-loved fashion may exist and are detailed in product descriptions. Wear-U Store reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the cleanliness and structural conditions listed above.

Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received back at our facility and inspected, your refund for the item's purchase price will be processed immediately.
