Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of preloved and clearance fashion items, customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, sizing, and condition details before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

Returns may only be considered in the following situations:

  • wrong item delivered,

  • item significantly different from the description,

  • major undisclosed damage,

  • defective item received.

Delivery Inspection Requirement

Customers are requested to inspect the order at the time of delivery.

Once the delivery is accepted, confirmed, or used after receipt, the item will be considered accepted in satisfactory condition and will no longer qualify for return or refund unless a major undisclosed issue is identified immediately.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns and refunds will not be accepted for:

  • change of mind,

  • sizing or fitting issues,

  • minor signs of wear expected in preloved items,

  • color variation due to lighting or screen display,

  • items showing signs of use after delivery,

  • washed or altered items,

  • items with perfume, smoke smell, stains, or damage caused after delivery.

Return Conditions

To qualify for return review:

  • original tags (if attached) must remain intact,

  • the item must remain unworn and unwashed,

  • the product must remain in the same condition received.

Wear-U Store reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet these conditions.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

If a return is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted unless the issue resulted from an error by Wear-U Store.

Return Request Timeline

Any approved return request must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos and order details.

Branded & Preloved Items

Certain branded preloved items are sold based on visual inspection only and are not independently authenticated unless explicitly stated.

Minor wear, aging, missing tags, or vintage condition variations may exist due to the nature of preloved fashion.
